Always get good service and advice at the Erie Primary Care
I was trying to use after hours chat. We have had that option with HMO in the past. My experience was not good. The response time was ridiculous, several hours for each of a series of questions. Finally suggested bringing my wife to ER/UC long after she was sleeping. Either provide the service with a reasonable response time but what I received was more of a nuance than asset.
Fourteen years with Denise Kawecki FNP and always the best of care from her.
My son saw PA Alyssa Richardson and was diagnosed with celiac, however Ms. Richardson didn't bother to explain him or at least give him any information on celiac disease.
