Was not a good experience at the Erie Parkway office the doctor that I saw really didn’t say too much. I was telling her how I felt asked her if I could get a blood test at least and she never called me back about the blood test or anything else would not recommend going To the doctor that I saw, and the facility was a waste of time 😕
I love my doc, Dr. Josh Taylor. He is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. It’s a good combo for a doctor. The staff there are helpful, and the on-call or stand in doctors and NPs are really good.
Jennifer Marshall, NP and nurse Dianne are amazing!

Erie Primary Care is wonderful. The staff is friendly. Jennifer Marshall is the BEST! She is much better than any PCP I’ve ever had in our 12 moves to numerous states. She is knowledgeable, genuine and an excellent listener who involves you in the decision process of any health changes. Jennifer takes time to explain any issue and answer questions. I love the way she works with the BCH team. ♥️
