Update review - after my recent review, the GM of the Utica Store contacted me to see what he could do to help. After that, the window was located and the GM hand delivered the sash to my house. All things considered, most of my confidence in Erie Materials is restored. I wish they would have just focused on the warrantee support and not even mentioned the fact that they had parted ways with their supplier, who during this whole episode proved to be a great company. Don't expect these folks to honor their warranty. Bought windows from them with a "lifetime" warrantee. They lost their relationship with the vendor and now make it difficult to get replacements. I get it that sometimes you lose a vendor, but to make it difficult to get support, that isn't good business. I used to think think Erie was good, now, well - I am looking for alternatives.
Best place for roofing, siding, decking, and windows in syracuse.
