Worst service ever. I had reserved a 8 passenger golf cart which was given to me upon arrival. We were there to celebrate my birthday. After driving the cart around town the steering wheel and the wheels were not working right so we took the cart back and asked for them to either get us a new cart or fix the one we had. Had a reservation booked on line. When we got to PIB we realized the Jet Express is on the opposite end of the island. We rented a cart from Village Cart rental ,which was less money. Went to Erie Island to see about canceling it. A woman was standing at the counter trying to rent a cart when we were trying to cancel. She was turned away stating there were no carts available n we were told no refunds. Terrible customer service! They lost 2 customers today. Cart was a total POS!!!
