Unfortunately I have had a horrible couple months with this office. I have been with them for years and they had always been great. A few months ago for some reason their system was "down" and they didn't take my automatic payment. There was no notice provided to me about this and the following month they double charged my account. It has been a disaster ever since. Hands down the best insurance company for me. Great customer service no matter what!! I'll always recommend this company they are concise, helpful and patient.
I recently paid off my loan and needed to update my policy by removing collision coverage to lower my premium. I preferred to handle everything over the phone, and luckily, Andrew picked up within seconds. He was incredibly helpful and managed to reduce my annual premium from $1,897 to $1,281! He also took the time to explain how other coverages work, like roadside assistance and what happens in the case of deer-related accidents. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this insurance company!
