Scammers!!! My claim for compensation was denied. They only sent the full copy of the contract after the time came to settle the claim; before that, they had sent just a few pages that clearly showed they were covering things up! A complete waste of money!

The conversation I had with their call center agent Josh was EXTREMELY cold and disconnected. The irony is THEY cancelled my insurance INCORRECTLY after receiving my payment. They had me driving around for over a month not knowing my insurance was canceled. That is both dangerous and illegal. The agent, Josh, didn’t apologize once and spoke to me as if he was doing me a favor for reinstating my insurance that I already paid for!
