Giving a one star because I can’t leave 0 stars for a rating. This insurance company is a JOKE! After almost 2 months of trying to contact someone to deal with an incident we finally are just now getting contacted back. The first 3 weeks their “online system was down” took another 2 weeks for someone to finally reach out. Now after another 2 weeks we get noted that theyre at a stand still. This isn’t my insurance, it’s the insurance of a driver that hit me. Good luck IF YOU EVER HAVE TO WORK WITH THEM.
I do not recommend this office. Very unprofessional: We reached out for assistance because our previous agent is no longer contracted with Erie, and we wanted to stay with Erie for our home insurance. My partner emailed the office—even mentioning the people who recommended them. I understand they may be busy (Erie had system outage last week), so we gave them a few days to response — but it’s been almost a week, and we haven’t received any response yet.
