Their customer damaged my car, the repairs took a month and a half in the meantime I was given a rental car that smelled like cigarettes. When the car was returned the windshield instantly cracked due to the repairs and they refuse any responsibility. My car is not anywhere near where it was when it was damaged by their customer and they are terrible to work with.
As others have stated in the reviews another party hit my husband, Son and I, And she has Erie Insurance. She was at fault. Was cited with witnesses to testify. She has a rental car and we don’t. Nobody will contact us back regarding the matter. This company has 3 stars. Why would anyone get this car insurance?? I’m appalled at how a company gets away with this and design shut down.
Several drivers have informed me that Eerie will terminate coverage without warning, and give zero reasons as to why. Avoid at all costs and use a legitimate reputable company
