My grandmother was using Erie Insurance and had to file a claim. After stating they would call her back, they proceeded to string her along with excuses. Meanwhile, she is dealing with the fall out. Now,they are sending her to voicemail and not responding. This is a crap company. Do not give them your money as you will be throwing it down the drain.
