Erie Insurance was a great company. they helped us out a couple times they just aren't very knowledgeable with active duty military home of record situations.
For a long time was happy with Erie. In the last 2 years, my daughter's car was broken into and stolen in Columbus, Ohio. They did pay for a rental and to have it fixed after it was recovered both times. Great. However, they just notified be that they are not renewing my policy in a month because of that. Something that I had no control over and that was deemed criminal by the police reports. If they don't want to pay insurance for stuff that happens to cars in a city, then don't be an insurance company. People pay monthly f... read more
Great rates, local office in Ambridge has great service.
I called with a concern and the experience was great. Staff were very personable and also knowledgeable. The situation was taken care of in a timely manner. Carolyn and Andrea were great to work with. I would recommend 💯!!
