Unacceptable! Find a different group.
The absolute worst insurance group I have ever wasted my time interacting with. With all of the policies (about 7) that we have with them you would think the service would be a little bit better than this. They don’t call you at all about anything. There is no follow up. The agents know zero and the sales people know everything, but don’t contact you.
