Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life so far. If someone hits your car you should have the most convenient process for the car being fixed. The most rude people I have ever met. I pray I never deal with this insurance again in my life.
Really scammy. Will change details and records. Will twist your words and ignore facts to support their own narratives. They encouraged me to sue them and sue their insured?
