Originally disappointed on how Erie handled an accident caused by one of their drivers. 17 year old texting and driving blew a stop sign at heavily traveled intersection and crashed into our family SUV with little girls and family dog as passengers. Thank God that no one was hurt! Our new vehicle was not totaled but had $20k worth of damage which heavily affected its resale value.
