Nice and pleasant folks, but, not very good home owners coverage. We had some storm damage to the siding on our home which by loosened several panels of Hardie board and pulled away two twelve foot panels. Had a siding repair out for an estimate. Insurance sent out an adjuster and came back with almost a $3k lower cost. Three thousand?? This company is not a good one!
I have heard, "You never know how good your insurance is, until you have a claim." Erie just proved themselves to be excellent. My rates have very good and this why I went to them. Their handling of claims is even better. Thank you Erie.
Been waiting for them to update my address and still waiting its been 3months service is bad do not use them
