They like to try and renegotiate the prices of things after you sign a year contract and change the price on you. Pshhhh
absolutely awful, worst customer service I have ever seen. My car was damaged in a flood due to a hurricane. They told me they had a rental car waiting, got there and they didn't so I just had to rent anything that was available which cost me $180 a day (which they didn't cover). They proceeded to jerk me around for a month before they even allowed me to have the car fixed (because they needed to assess it first and were dragging their feet), and then covered only a fraction of the amount I had to spend on rentals while they... read more
