Wow so now I understand why I am having to fight these guys in subragation ATM. Dude drive ng a car under his wife's insurance with Erie blew a red light and T-Boned me at an intersection. I got the video as well as traffic light pattern for evidence proving his fault. Erie denied it 100 percent saying it was my fault. EDIT: I need to clarify that Nina Coker, the adjuster my case was reassigned to, was actually very sweet and diligent in spite of the dumpster fire she inherited. It turns out my previous adjuster had falsified information to make it sound like I was entitled to more money than I actually was. Was it hubris, or merely sloth that prevented him from seeking the help he needed throughout this journey? Who knows? It only takes one bad actor to ruin the show. I can never get in touch with Tina Spek or Lemual Thompson by phone. Lemual actually hung up on me once and never answered my calls again then claimed I never called, even though I have the call logs to prove it. When I signed up, my agent clearly told me my PPF was covered. He even mentioned that to this branch when my vehicle was totaled. Despite that, they turned around and told me it wasn’t covered. I really don't have the words to express how insanely difficult it has been to communicate with my OWN insurance company after my car was totaled by a distracted driver. I figured it might be easier to file my claim through them instead of waiting for State Farm to get back to me, but it's just given me more of headache.
