I really don't have the words to express how insanely difficult it has been to communicate with my OWN insurance company after my car was totaled by a distracted driver. If I could post a negative star review I would. I have had the worst customer service experience with this branch that I ever received from an insurance company. It seems to be to hard for Alexia Backman to return more than one email or phone call or two. I was wondering where she learned this poor customer service from but I quickly learned she must have learned it from her supervisor Billie Lape. Horrible run customer service just hung up on me
I kept getting short changed. I was withheld a a rental car at first because it was “during the holidays”, then not allowing me to have an SUV (when I had an SUV). One of the adjusters was quite rude. But we ended up getting it worked out after 10+ phone calls.
I got hit by a car while riding my e-bike by 17 year old girl driving her mom's car and almost died have had multiple surgeries. so far they have been fair in terms of covering my medical costs. Litigation is next, in for the long haul.
