It now makes clear sense as to why this company has been has a review 2.3 stars. Not even it's our insurer can post a good review regarding this company. Using independent sales agents to carry the "name" of the company clearly despicable. But I guess the bankroll agents have to keep the company standing.

Cancelled my insurance months ago but they keep trying to charge me. Very unprofessional, when I called and told them I canceled months prior they simply said they will keep charging me. Never going back. Update: they have sent another $300 bill to me stating that I must pay. It’s honestly sad how they handle business here. Whats even more sad is my family recommended them to me so now I have to tell them all how this company tries to strong arm people out of their money. My father was hit while he was just sitting at a stop- sign....my parents car was totaled and he was injured. The lady who was at fault has Erie. Erie has been nothing but horrid to my parents. My father who has a bad heart and my mother who just broke her hip were first told by Erie that their car was impounded and that's why things were taking extra long with a settlement....that was a a lie it was always at the salvage yard.
