Absolute crap experience. Completely unresponsive adjuster. Says he’ll do x,y,z by a specific timeline, then doesn’t do it, and I have to waste my time chasing him down. I also called our agent, who has to chase down the adjuster. The adjuster, by the way, is about 25 years old and doesn’t know a thing about his job. Came back with an absurdly, offensively lowball offer that was 1/5 what the work will actually cost. Absolute waste of time.
I have always been very happy with Erie car insurance but I am extremely disappointed in their home owners insurance. We had a leak in our crawl space which ruined some floor boards and they will not cover it. We have our home owners insurance there for 30+ years and they will do NOTHING!!
It now makes clear sense as to why this company has been has a review 2.3 stars. Not even it's our insurer can post a good review regarding this company. Using independent sales agents to carry the "name" of the company clearly despicable. But I guess the bankroll agents have to keep the company standing.

Cancelled my insurance months ago but they keep trying to charge me. Very unprofessional, when I called and told them I canceled months prior they simply said they will keep charging me. Never going back. Update: they have sent another $300 bill to me stating that I must pay. It’s honestly sad how they handle business here. Whats even more sad is my family recommended them to me so now I have to tell them all how this company tries to strong arm people out of their money.
