Great company
This place is a scam.. I canceled my insurance with Erie because I no longer have a car.. I made my payments on time and always on the 5th. I canceled on the 26th of last month and the lady I spoke to said I would get a refund for days I paid for that was not used.. I get my mail today on the 3rd of November and there is mail from Erie. Me thinking it’s the refund check. No it them saying I owe them money. I never missed a payment ever and I canceled before the 5th of this month.. Doug Howleck has been our agent for 3 years now. He has been with us through buying our home, several vehicles and a wreck. He always answers and is very quick at doing what is needed! So so amazing this man deserves a raise. Phenomenal human and agent!
