Great insurance company! And good rates
I received a quote for automobile insurance and they were highly unreasonable.
The quote I got was $10 more a month then my current policy and it was highly recommended
The receptionist ( or whoever answers the phone) was extremely rude to me on the phone. Not only once but twice when I have called to try to get a quote. I also waited 2 days on a call back and noone ever left me a message or anything when they stated they did call!! I had missed 1 callback apparently ! My 1st instinct was that I didn't want to do business with them over this rudeness as well!! .... Not what I expected trying to get a quote. Oh well.
