AVOID ERIE INSURANCE AT ALL COSTS Having been a customer for 1 year, I decided to look at alternative sources for my car & renters insurance. I requested Erie not to auto draft and they agreed. Shortly thereafter they DID AUTO DRAFT and my account was short which resulted in two $29 charges from my Credit Union. The next day they again drafted resulting in two more $29 charges! Be careful. They are lying , no experience people
Horrible management. I applied for contractors insurance and I gave them down payment and everything. They tell me it will take three weeks to generate my policy because they are still working on applications from DECEMBER!
Horrible experience!! Can’t wait to switch.
