DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ERIE. They're so inept at even the slightest things. Don't expect them to be competent when it actually matters.
Erie insurance is a terrible company that does not fight for their clients at all. They decided that a driver that was texting and driving on a highway interchange was not at all at fault for an avoidable collision and became uncommunicative when they received pushback. Wholly unprofessional and disappointing and will never recommend this company. Instead of fighting for their drivers they choose to penalize them for trying to do the right thing.
