Loyal customer for over 15 years. The only insurance company I have ever had. Over the last 10 years I have had two claims for less than $5,000 total. Between multi car policies and my home owners insurance I have paid over $30,000 to this company. I will be cancelling all policies and the only recommendation I would ever give for this company is to not waste your time or money. Go literally anywhere else. Tavia is great though.
Worst insurance company for homeowners insurance. I would not recommend this for homeowners insurance. They did not want to cover our roof that had weather damaged and we know it was weather damaged. I will be looking elsewhere we ended up paying out of pocket for a new roof. Charlotte the adjuster is very unprofessional I would not recommend Erie for homeowners insurance.
This insurance company doesn’t even deserve a one star rating. Completely unprofessional. I was given a quote and then given an exact month to month amount, paid the premium, and then 2 later I get a notice of cancelation due to a speeding ticket. Being that I had the insurance for 2 weeks I requested a refund and was told they could not refund me because I still had insurance for 2 weeks so here I am now forking out another payment to find new insurance. Don't go with this insurance company because when you get rearended they blame it on you when it was the other drivers fault! This insurance company does not back up it's people at all! They just want your money and careless about your safety! NEVER will I ever go back to Erie! WORST INSURANCE EVER!!!
