The pizza is remarkably good. Try to concentrate on that. I am given the impression that the people who work here are constantly under assault by the patients that many of them have become surly and dismissive. The building itself is filthy. The bathrooms are filthy, the corridors are filthy, the waiting rooms are filthy. It should come as no surprise that secondary infections are so common. It was recommended by the Mac center to go their for a infected dog bite. I had to wait 4.5 hrs to see a doctor and was finally put on a cot in the hallway for 20 hrs while many patients with drug, alcohol and mental issues were given a room before me. The staff was excellent, but accomodations not.
