I was sitting there in July of 2024 they told me I either had to get these two upper teeth pulled or get a crown they wanted to pull them right then and there I called this morning a year and a half later to ask if I could get in for an emergency and they give me a big run around told me I had to come in for an exam and go through the whole process again what's the point of even having emergency service if you can't depend on them and then I told the lady I was going to research this and she hung up on me unreal

The dental services provided were consistently excellent, marked by easy scheduling, a clean and welcoming environment, and clear communication about procedures and costs. The clinical team was professional, gentle, and attentive to patient comfort, using modern technology and strict hygiene practices. Treatments were well-executed with great results, and follow-up care was thorough. Overall, the experience was highly positive and the clinic is strongly recommended at ECHD and EHOVE.

Once I hit rock bottom and surrendered to God I crawled into the Erie County detox center and reached up with my hand for help they took my hand and helped me back up on my feet put me in the right direction to stay sober and to have my recovery and life back and for that I am forever grateful-James Bower

I called because my 20 year old implant crown fell out. Needed to be reglued on to the post. Well...Unbelievable!!! The receptionest set me up with an appointment THE SAME DAY. Wow, now that's service! The receptionest, dental assistant(Alissa?) and the dentist, Miss Hum, we're all very helpful and pleasant. All real keepers! Great experience. Looking forward to my teeth cleaning next week!
