Terrible. They seemed eager and professional at first. Had some good ideas and seemed positive. Then they were given a deposit. Once that cleared, they disappeared for almost a MONTH. Calls and messages unanswered and ignored. Until a refund of the deposit was requested. Then they responded right away and could not have been nastier. Refused to refund even though they did not show up, so any work, deliver any materials, or do a single thing. Open complaints with Suffolk County. Refused to respond to the BBB. Erie Bros Landscaping threatened to sue me if I post anything negative after refusing to give me a refund after 1 month and no work performed and a no call no show with no start date all while bragging about his great 5 star reviews. Here is my review they say they will sue me for. They also look have another ongoing complaint with consumer review. I contacted John 38 days ago. 25 days ago the check I gave cleared at the bank.
