Knowing my pool is in good hands has been the biggest relief. Coming to Erie Accent year after year, Krystan and staff have reliably helped me to open, maintain, and close my pool. No matter the problem, they always have a solution for me. Every staff member is always pleasant and eager to help when I visit. We have found them to always be knowledgeable and friendly! The other day we had a blow out with one of our hoses and we rushed in just moments before closing and the lady was so amazing in finding what we need. We felt so bad coming in right before closing but she was so great and reassured us that it was OK. Definitely recommend this place for your pool needs!
I went to this business seeking assistance as a newly inherited pool owner. I asked the employee if they could assist, and i tried to provide as much info as i could, however i was met with absolutely disrespect. I cannot believe the treatment I received. The employee was absolutely rude. It was probably the worst treatment I've experienced from a business in a long time.
