These guys really sell it all... Until it comes time to take accountability. I heard a conversation while I was there & the manager told a customer "You have issues"... we were out on the lot & walked away. This is not where we will be making a vehicle purchase.
I called & asked questions about what can be done due to make things right. Brakes had to be changed, after purchase, within the first month, oil light came on within the first month. I was having a simple conversation until I was told, "That's basic maintenance BRO." by Daniel S. I had a hassle-free, fast and easy experience with Daniel. We did much of the work over the phone so all th at really had to be done was take it out for a test drive and do the paperwork. I had an issue come up, but the staff worked with me and went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me.
Eridu Auto is hands down one of the best places I’ve ever dealt with! The team is made up of truly great people friendly, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable.
