Glorified counselors charging psychiatrist prices without offering psychiatric services. Look elsewhere. Waited months for incredibly unprofessional service. I came to them with an official, professional diagnosis wanting to explore medication options as my GP wasn't a qualified psychiatrist and I wanted more expert advice. This 1 star review because of the unprofessional conduct of the owner of this clinic - Dr Halimah (Li) Hassan on Friday the 31st of May. When her unprofessionalism was called out - she told me to email my complaint about her behaviour to her directly and she'd review it when she's able to! To cut a long story short, I had questions for my doctor (not Dr Hassan) so I called Ericton House many times with no response - which seems to be the norm for this clinic.
