This 1 star review because of the unprofessional conduct of the owner of this clinic - Dr Halimah (Li) Hassan on Friday the 31st of May. When her unprofessionalism was called out - she told me to email my complaint about her behaviour to her directly and she'd review it when she's able to! To cut a long story short, I had questions for my doctor (not Dr Hassan) so I called Ericton House many times with no response - which seems to be the norm for this clinic. Highly recommend Dr Dilini Dharmage
Waited for over 3 hours for my appointment, I am currently still waiting for my psychiatrist to contact me after booking a 2:30pm appointment. It is now 5:40… they closed at 5:30pm.
