Great tile work and outdoor reno!!!!
Guy pulls up at Lowes and parks blocking the drive when there are unlimited marked parking spots. If this is how he behaves in public how can you trust him to be considerate on your project needs. No respect for others in socuety.

Eric Services did a horrendous job on our floor and wall tile. I did about 1600 ft.² of large travertine floor tile in my living dining and kitchen area. Plus a large full bathroom remodel. All of the grout they did is failing/sinking/crumbling anytime it gets wet from cleaning. He assured me his crew was experienced but then he had two teenage looking girls doing the grout and he assured me they knew what they were doing.
