Love the location, love the price, love the people!! I've had storages in different places and Eric's definitely my favorite so far! I've never had any problems accessing either of my units, even in the middle of a snowstorm - I was pleasantly surprised at how well plowed the facility is and with a little common sense and a bit of salt where the door closes, I have no problems with the doors freezing to the slab 😉 life in the northern states.... newer facility with clean units! Highly recommended!
the prices are right and the people seem nice, however I recently left a message re guarding the horrible conditions of the driveway(Ice without any sort of traction to be had) appx 1 month later there was around 3 to 4 feet on plowed snow pushed up on the door.i don't mind moving a little but not dig out the door. so for 2 or more months i haven't been able to access the unit. i am on disability for a bad back and CANNOT move all that snow let alone chip away the ice holding the door to the ground. no return call or even an... read more
