Eric is very knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles! He is honest and won’t steer you wrong. Great pricing as well. Truly would recommend him to anyone. If you need your vehicle fixed he is the one to do it!
Eric was a God-send! If we were going to break down, we are grateful we broke down where we did. Our family was traveling from Oklahoma City to northern Arkansas when our alternator died, on a Sunday! We saw that Eric's Remove and Replace was open. Wife’s car was having some trouble on our way back from Forth Smith not accelerating and when going uphill shaking. I hate going to mechanics because they keep you out of the work place or give you very basic information on the issue and how to go forward. Eric how ever literally walked me through everything telling me what the issue was what we needed purchase explaining what caused the issue. Absolutely knows his work and is honest about it all. I will never go elsewhere.
I was headed out of town this past Friday (04/19/24) evening and broke down at Flint Creek Store. Eric’s Remove and Replace was about to close but Eric said to bring it by, I was able to tow my vehicle over there. Eric began to diagnose the issue after hours on Friday evening until dark when my ride came. He figured it out pretty quick and had it fixed by Sunday (04/21/24). He did a great job finding a good used motor for my jeep and replacing my blown one. He knew we were desperate and on a budget and was able to do the job under budget! Would highly recommend!
