Luke impressed me with his handling of the leaking pipe in my bathroom. He arrived right on time, thoroughly checked the situation, and explained exactly what needed to be done. Luke worked efficiently, and the repair was done with great care. I’m delighted with the outcome and appreciate his clear communication and attention to detail.

Eric came to our house to replace a part on our hot water system that was starting to fail. A few hours after he had been, we went from having warm water to completely cold water. We had done some checks on the changes made and we believed that there appeared to be an issue with the install of the part.
