They are always really friendly, and will happy answer any questions I have about my medication. I would highly recommend this pharmacy if you are looking for one!
Called to reorder my rescue inhaler on 15th and was told couldn't get it till the 18th, the 18th is on a Sunday and erics is closed on that day. Went in on the 16th to pickup my Breztri. And ask Eric why i couldn't get my rescue inhaler till the 18th, he told me it was because the insurance company was hoping I would die first. That's sure was a bad way to put it. Act like he could care less. Hope he was just having a bad day.
Only pharmacy I'll use in Shawnee! Prescriptions are always filled fast and 98% of the time it's in and out quickly, as long as a bunch of customers don't show up at once, 😆 but even then they get us in and out within 5ish minutes. Staff is always helpful.
I was told my order was ready. When I came to get it while waiting in line. I over here that the car next to me they are still working on something with their order and it's not ready. Yet somehow they still left before me. The only reason I'm commenting is because this isn't the first time it's happened to me here at this pharmacy. Is it a whites only pharmacy??
