I tried to use his service again this year. No luck. He never gets back to you. I emailed and left a VM a few weeks ago and zero response. Worst customer service I have ever had. Move on to someone else! Read the other reviews. His poor customer service is chronic.
Not attentive to detail! , just wants to cut grass! Need full service, bushes over grown , grass was patchy , took a month to address, difficult to communicate.
I had Eric’s landscaping mulch my property today and I couldn’t be more pleased. With their competitive pricing, friendliness and professionalism I don’t think I’ll ever go with another landscape company. Looking forward to having them do more work for me in the future! 10/10 5 stars.
I should have read the reviews before I ever contacted him for a quote .. reached out for an estimate said he be out the next day never heard from him again
Very poor customer service. Despite numerous calls and emails over several months he has never responded. Perhaps he is out of business?
