day 3 and no response from eric…the guy has signs everywhere,,but they must be for when he is not busy…i am up against a deadline and i am not waiting any longer !! i can’t wait to see how he spins this ?? will it be i didn’t get the voicemail or text message ?? don’t matter anymore !! moving on !!
I tried to use his service again this year. No luck. He never gets back to you. I emailed and left a VM a few weeks ago and zero response. Worst customer service I have ever had. Move on to someone else! Read the other reviews. His poor customer service is chronic.
Not attentive to detail! , just wants to cut grass! Need full service, bushes over grown , grass was patchy , took a month to address, difficult to communicate.
I had Eric’s landscaping mulch my property today and I couldn’t be more pleased. With their competitive pricing, friendliness and professionalism I don’t think I’ll ever go with another landscape company. Looking forward to having them do more work for me in the future! 10/10 5 stars.
I should have read the reviews before I ever contacted him for a quote .. reached out for an estimate said he be out the next day never heard from him again
