This is one of the best repair shops I've ever met in this country not just King County or Seattle, Washington. It's family run and they really care about you getting your vehicle fixed at a reasonable price. Always get a second opinion from ERIC after the IMPORT or DOMESTIC DEALERSHIPS try to rip you off with at least double the cost of repairs. UPDATE: We like ERIC and his team but have spent close to $3000 trying to RESOLVE X3 cooling system issue. Why is system still leaking coolant? Isn't there at least a 1 year GUARANTEE on all work performed?
