It was good until it wasn’t. We had a new AC unit installed and it has never worked right. Eric and his guys tried to get it right, but never did. Last time they came they told us to call if it was still not working correctly. It wasn’t, we called, and they won’t answer our calls or texts. I wish it had been a good experience, but it wasn’t. Eric/Kenny responded same day. Air handler blower motor expired. Diagnosed, and repaired in less than 2 hours, including a parts run. Repair done in 120 degree attic space (Kenny - you are a rockstar). Nothing but good things to say about our experience.
We'd contacted Eric's Heating and air due to non cooling a/c unit. They sent a tech named Kenny. He was kind and efficient with explanation of what he was doing and necessary to fix. If in Blacksburg area Eric's Heating and Air is affordable and great response time. They've been only ones we've used since living in Blacksburg. Highly recommended. Thanks guys!!!
