When our gas furnace suddenly stopped working one evening, Derek was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Even though it was the weekend and most parts suppliers were closed, Derek went out of his way to reach out to suppliers nearby and helped us quickly figure out which replacement parts were available and what the costs would be.
