i can't say enough about how honest and helpful derek and his team are. even though they don't handle every kind of furnace repair, derek recommended a great technician who fixed my mom's furnace when it was shut off because of high carbon monoxide levels. i will definitely think of derek and his crew first for any future furnace, heating, or hvac work. it's really tough to find honest service in alvin, but derek's team stands out from the rest. highly recommend them.
Had an issue with my furnace that another company couldn't figure out. Frederick found the problem in just a few minutes and had my furnace repaired quickly. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently. The price was fair and even a bit lower than what others had told me.
