I hired Eric's Heating & Air Conditioning Alvin for furnace repair through my home warranty. They responded quickly and kept me updated on when the technician would arrive. Frederick showed up early, was very polite, and treated my home with respect. He got my furnace working again in no time. I had been without heat for days, and another company said I needed a whole new system, but Frederick fixed it quickly and honestly. I'm really thankful and highly recommend them for any furnace repair needs.

Our first experience with Eric's Heating & Air Conditioning Alvin was so smooth that we called again later when we needed help with our HVAC system. roger was amazing. i needed furnace repair when my heating stopped working. two other companies told me i'd have to buy a new control board, so i did. after that, they said they couldn't install it, even though they said they could before. after over a week of calls and rescheduling, i finally called Eric's Heating & Air Conditioning Alvin. they came out the next day and told me i didn't even need the new control board. roger really saved the day. i definitely recommend them for any furnace repair needs.

When we first called because our furnace was giving us problems, Roger was quick to respond and fit us into his schedule, even late on a Friday. Our furnace was over 20 years old, and I appreciated that he focused on repairing it instead of just trying to sell us a new one. He got it working that same day.
