My transmission broke down during my drive from New Jersey to South Carolina on a Sunday. Eric’s was the only shop willing to take me in and help. He let me wait inside the building while it rained, even drove me to a hotel, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He offered a fair price and used his connections to arrange shipping for my car to South Carolina once the work was complete.
