Eric's is great. They have a large selection of nice bikes, e-bikes and accessories. They are friendly and really know their stuff.
I took my bike here for a tune up and other work. They were great and it was ready really quickly. I was worried about finding a new bike shop after my old one closed but not anymore. Eric's is great and I will be recommending them to anyone in need of work on their bike or looking to get a bike.
It was a wonderful experience dealing with Eric and all the staff. We bought two Aventon Pace electric bikes, Hollywood bike rack along with a bike rack caddy. Eric and all the staff were attentive to detail (telling us about a BWL rebate for ebikes), knowledgeable, and very caring. They truly want to sell you the bike the works for you.
