Half star if it was an option. Shipping "new" bikes with frame damage, used batteries and several other issues. Online support feels like im dealing with high schoolers. Absolute joke. Never again. Buyer beware.
Repairs are very reasonably priced, got a derailleur tune, added links to the chain for $27.50. Their ebike selection is also fairly vast. Everyone I've dealt with there is super kind and welcoming as well.
Love this place. Everyone is friendly and they good work in a timely manner for a fair price!
Really great store. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They gave me great advice and tuned up my bike for a super reasonable price. 100% will be getting any products and services for biking from Eric's from here on out.
