While my son was laying down in the back seat, the cleaner entered the car to clean the inside. During which time he was calling my wife a N****r and a Ho and saying that he was not going to clean this n****r ho's car. Then had the nerve to step and smile at my wife. The owner seems to agree with his employee's behavior and told my wife not to come back. Eric's Car Wash needs to wash their mouth out with their own soap and wash their hands of their racism.
Went to Eric's car wash, it was an hour till closing, decided to go with the Gold package, was super disappointed, there were many spots missed and the inside of the car wasn't done very well!!!! I think I'll take my business else where
When I first started using the services at this place, I was generally not impressed but it was conveniently located so kept going every now and then when I REALLY needed to. One day I found myself in need of a job, and willing to take one anywhere that would hire me. I have used Eric's for 8 years. Jan 2009 the staff was more concerned with themselves than the customers. Before you leave or give a tip check to make sure you are happy with the job. I have always had to have them re due something. It is convenient if you are in that part of town.
