Eric has done several repairs on my "high mileage" 1999 Lexus SC300 and has always been friendly and professional with the expected results. He never tries to sell me anything that's not needed. Once he was working on my car which required getting deep into the engine block and suggested replacing the timing belt while he was making the other repairs, saving me money that I would have had to spend when it was time to replace the timing belt at a later date.
