I’ve gone here twice for two different cars. The first car was a lost cause and rather than trying to squeeze money out of me they directed me to where they thought I would get the most money for it and so their honesty is very admirable. The second car they kept in Consistent communication with me on how it was going I knew that there would be more issues than I asked them to check and they were very helpful and explaining what they were in our house soon I should have them fixed. Came in for a catalytic converter replacement. They did the job in no time. Will be coming in for future needs.
I came to Green Bay for an EMS conference and my cars alternator went out. Cody with Eric’s Automotive got my car in the shop and fixed within a couple of hours knowing I had to go back home the next day. I got great and respectable service during a stressful situation. If I ever have a car issue when I’m in Green bay, this is where I’m taking my vehicle .
I blew a strut on my way to work, and despite them not having openings for that day, they still let me bring my car in to look at it and see what the next steps were. They got the work done on it within 24 hours, and had great energy that really made the entire experience less shitty considering my car was about to need an expensive repair. Insane amount of respect to these guys, they’re friendly, they know what they’re doing, and they won’t bullshit you. 5 stars easily.
