Erik seemed very genuine, explained everything thoroughly, and does what he can to stay affordable. This is absolutely our new car place. Great vibes & sense of humor as well. Genuine people and great service. As someone who does not know much about cars, they are very patient with any questions I have. Reasonably priced, kind, and fast! I will definitely be a returning customer.
They were able to get me in right away to diagnose a very pressing issue. Got the parts ordered and scheduled the service within half an hour. The work was done on time and I was promptly notified. Overall a pretty ideal experience. They were also very friendly which is a nice bonus. Will be back for any future needs.
Being a woman that has little to no knowledge about cars, Eric has been the only person I have had service my cars since he’s opened his shop. I travel for work and my car is getting close to hitting 400k miles and a newer car and we bring them both to Eric with any issues. He has always been VERY knowledgeable, up front, fair and honest with his pricing. Highly recommend him!
