Very irresponsible and unprofessional. I took my car in for service, and the owner/employee was using my car to take care of his personal errands. On top of that, I was charged extra money. After this experience, I would not trust them with my car again. It makes me wonder if this is something they routinely do with customers’ vehicles when they are brought in for service. I strongly recommend being cautious and asking how your vehicle will be used while it is in their possession.
Called for a quote. He said “We can’t tell you a quote for a brake change without seeing the car and don’t resurface rotors because it never works”. Both of these are not true.
Eric is the absolute best! Honest, kind and quick service- I won't take my car anywhere else. Thank you Eric!
