Extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience here. We brought our truck to this shop while shopping for a new vehicle, and it was left in their care for less than a week. When we returned to pick it up and sell it to a company, we discovered that our catalytic converter had been sawed right off while parked on their lot. Fantastic service, especially from Sarah! They saved me a considerable amount compared with the Volvo dealership’s quote for a door handle repair—something several other shops had told me could only be handled by the dealer.
