Called Eric's Air & Heater Repair (hey are literally across the street from my house on google maps) - they don't exist here...was connected to Pacific Coast Heating & Air in the Valley. It's a scam to think you have someone in the neighborhood, but in reality they are not.

Rick came to work on my heater and did a thorough job. He cleaned the burners, replaced a clogged air filter, and checked the blower motor. He also recalibrated the thermostat to ensure accurate readings. The heater now runs much quieter, and the warmth in the house feels consistent.

Anthony came to repair my AC and was extremely professional. He flushed a clogged condensate drain, cleaned the evaporator coil, and topped off the refrigerant. He made sure each vent was blowing strong airflow before leaving. The system has been running smoothly and quietly ever since.
