I finally decided to upgrade from my beloved Tu250x so I could drive safely on the freeway. I bought a Triumph With more than triple the amount of CCs, so fast and badass looking with an amazingly horrible suspension. Peter, a salesman at Erico, said he couldn't take the bike back from me the next business day. Instead, he gave me a new set of rear shocks that think he even installed himself. I was amazed at the level of customer service they provided.
I believe that Erico Motorsports took advantage of my being a novice motorcyclist and I feel like I would have had a different experience as a man. During the sale I was made to have the impression that if the bike wasn't working for me, I could return it in 30 days and get my old bike back. When i brought it back the next business day because it was unusable to in the condition they sold to me, the salesman backpedaled and told me the situation was "tricky" and I could not get my old bike back.
