This guy ran too few ducts. Hung the furnace when I had specifically asked for him to put it up on blocks. Put the thermostat in the wrong spot - now it gets warmed by the sun. Did not hook up the cold air return - my house dropped to 46 degrees and we had to burn wood to heat the house back up. He got aggressive when I asked him why he would leave the work unfinished. Stormed into my house yelling and stomping around.
Jerry and his team installed a mini split system in our cabin. From the start he listened to our wishes and provided us with a cost effective recommendation that suited our needs. They coordinated with the general contractor and was able to complete the installation around other sub contractors and well within our timeline, in fact early enough that while we were working to finish in the summer we had air conditioning. I use these guys for every one of my new build and remodel jobs. Jerry always does very good work and is very reasonable on pricing. Always tells me up front what the cost will be and 90 percent of the time he comes in under what his original quote is. Really bothers me to see these negative reviews from people about ericksons heating and cooling all because of one incident and then they have their friends leave negative reviews maybe they should tell the whole story instead of trying to bash him here on Google. We had a Mini split installed by Erickson heating at our cabin and they did a great job at a great price in a timely matter. Worker’s were professional and cleaned up afterwards. Would recommend for everyone to use.
