While the guys there are okay, I had my Pathfinder there for a water pump replacement and then a week later the starter went out. About a week after that I noticed my oil light coming on and a massive oil leak. Apparently a note was made that oil was leaking when the starter was replaced, about 36 hours after I had just gotten it back from replacing the water pump. Yes, Ericksons may be one of the last honest car repair shops around. Ive taken my vehicles to them for 10 years and have always been treated fairly, honestly and they dont play games. They will take the time to explain how and why if you ask and always do a great job.

These guys are the best. For years, they took care of my old clunker every time I brought it in w/o ever taking me for a ride or over charging me. I know so little about cars that there was a time when they could have snowed me by charging me hundreds of dollars for a new starter when all I really needed ~ and all they did and charged me for ~ was a worn down bolt. There were other numerous times when I could have been taken advantage of elsewhere, but Ericksons took care of me honestly.Whatever they fixed stayed fixed w/o a... read more
