Obnoxious, rude and overcharged. Beware, do not go here. Rudest people in the car repair business. I took my BMW for coolant leak and they told me it would be 370 and when I got to get the car the bill is $392. The girl at the desk is so rude she does not even look at you. The mechanics are in a hurry to leave. I go to get the car and the nose inside the car is unnerving. Usually great, but some potholes Normally, Erickson's is a 5-star establishment, but twice I've had an experience that dropped the overall rating. I think it comes down to the fact that it's a small shop, and the owner is a working owner. When you get into his zone, service and results are great. The other mechanics and some of the front staff are more variable. A more detailed review. During an inspection for my Volvo, I was told it would not pass inspection. The mechanic - Jim, told me I would need a ball joint replaced and he would get me a quote.
charles blanchard I have used Erikson's for some time and have nothing but praise for the help and advise they offer. They are well within reasonable and sometimes I do not how they do it for so little. I have cross bid them against my former mechanic and without fail they have saved me hundreds of dollars.
Where Everyone Knows Your Name There is nothing better than great service from a group of people that you like and can count on! Erickson Auto Repair always goes above and beyond to be sure that the customer is happy. They were doing "the right thing" long before it was the right thing to do.
Trust I use Erickson's whenever possible. You never get the feeling that they're trying to sell you something you really don't need. For someone that's not a car expert by any means this can be done fairly easily, but Erickson's will do what needs to be done, and if there's anything else they'll tell you about it, but you never feel like they're selling something to you (like you do at other places, particularly chains).
Great Local Auto Repair Been going there for years. I have many friends who have changed over to them. A great experience every time especially after dealing with dealerships.
Mechanic - home town style This is a high quality mechanic that has a touch of hometown help. With the same people working there year after year, it is very easy to form a nice relationship with this place. You know you will get done what you need to and they won't try and add anything extra in. Most people leave their cars overnight and just go pick them up in the morning, very easy.
