I did not use their services because I called to get a quote for a new battery installed. The lady that helped was very nice but told me it would cost over $600!!!! My battery is in the fender so it takes more time to install, but $425 FOR LABOR!!! The battery only costs $175. I had already gotten several quotes and the highest cost out of 4 was $300. The service on our VW Atlas was not only punctual but reasonable, as well! I like the update on the invoice of key components condition i.e. brakes 40% worn, fluid levels, etc.
Courteous and responsive to requests. Great service overall!
