Dr. Erickson, Dr. Nelson and the entire Rosemark team at the Pancheri office are incredibly kind, compassionate and thorough. Their attentiveness, reassurance and follow-up care make going to the OBGYN not so intimidating. I feel listened to and valued as a patient and highly recommend them.
Got to meet the doctor, schedule my surgery for Monday the 26th of December. Only to have his daughter, Tesha, call 4:50pm on Friday before Christmas to cancel it because they didnt get the insurance done on thier end. She is beyond rude!! She should not work customer service ever. When i asked who her supervisor was only to find out it was Dr. Erickson also her father.
