needs some work They have a great price and product but I took my two vehicles down to get new tires but on and the salesman refused to help me and look at me when I asked questions. He would turn and talk to my husband instead. That didn't sit well.
Service Dept. and Tire Dept. We've dealt with Erickson Tire for MANY years and have always been pleased with the service and also with the employees. I used to have a rural mail route and had to call on them a couple of times to rescue me. They always did so with a smile on their faces. When we have taken cars in on the spur of the moment, they are taken care of promptly. The best tires. The best people. The best quality. Tire Dealer that goes extra mile I have bought brand new tires here and also used retreads. I have went in and got help on what made my car seem to be lumping down the road. They will do lot of stuff for free. Not only do they have tires but a place that do mechanical work on your tyrods .. they did great work on my car and fix it all like new. Lasted forever. Guranteed work and good reasonable prices.
